Adding a New/ Reactivate User

To add a user from Build-A-Brand you must first log into your Toolkit and follow these steps below to add the user:

  1. Go to the third slide of your icons. If you are using a desktop click the third dot that is located below the icons in the center. If you are on a mobile device simply slide your finger to the left twice.
  2. Select the icon title “Users”, it is the top left icon.
  3. Select the Plus button on the top right of the screen.
  4. Upload a picture of your new user.
  5. Enter in new user’s information: First and Last name, email, cell phone number, title, and website/ app display phone number.
  6. After entering in the user’s info, click save.

To Reactivate a Deleted user follow these steps below:

  1. Go to the third slide of your icons. If you are using a desktop click the third dot that is located below the icons in the center. If you are on a mobile device simply slide your finger to the left twice.
  2. Select the icon title “Users”, it is the top left icon.
  3. Select the Plus button on the top right of the screen.
  4. Select the “Reactivate Deleted User” button
  5. Select the user you wish to reactivate.
  6. Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and select Reactivate User.

After you have saved your new/ reactivated user’s info, scroll down to the bottom of the screen and push “Send Login SMS” to send your user their login information.
